  • How do I buy tickets?

    Just email us via the contact form, or call us directly and tell us how many people are coming, at what time, and what you would like to do. We’ll lock in the time and charge you when you get here.

  • Do I need to buy tickets at all?

    We welcome walk ins, but you do run the risk of waiting a while before a free space becomes available. Booking ahead is always best.

  • How do I make a booking for a mobile event?

  • What equipment do you have at the venue?

    We will supply everything you need for a fully immersed VR experience. Our state of the art gear includes:

    • Samsung Gear VR
    • HTC Vive
    • Oculus Rift
    • 2 x GT Ultimate simulator chairs
  • How much are tickets?

    Tickets vary in price depending on the experience you choose and the session duration.

    Samsung Gear VR Cinema 30 minute sessions = $15

    HTC Vive 30 minute sessions = $35

    Oculus Rift with simulator chair 15minute sessions = $20 ($15 each if your race a friend)

  • How long is each session?

    Sessions range from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, but you can book sessions one after the other up to an hour of continuous VR use. After that we recommend you take a break.

  • How often is new content released / shown?

    We update content regularly; check in with us on Facebook, Twitter or sign up to the newsletter on our website to find out about our latest content.

  • Can I book out the whole pop-up for a group session?

    Yes you can. We have several time slots available that will exclusively be offered for groups so as to not interfere with our regular gamers and users. If you are interested in a group booking:

  • What are the busiest times?

    Our most popular times are noon – 2pm, 4-6pm and 8pm – 10pm.

    It does vary from day to day though. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are our busier days.

    If you subscribe to our mailing list we’ll keep you updated on best times, special offers for off-peak visits and when to get in early for new releases.

  • How many headsets are available at the one time for an event?

    We have up to 20  cinema headsets available at any one time.

    We have 4 x Vives and 1 x Rift headsets.

    We also have 2 x racing simulator chairs.

  • Can I buy a membership or multi visit pass for regular use?

    We have introduced an excellent loyalty card scheme, where you get every 2nd session at half price!

  • Will using VR gear make me nauseous?

    Do you suffer from motion sickness normally? If you do, then you may be susceptible to nausea with VR experiences. This does not mean that you can’t try it, but you must tell your host so that they can direct you to the more gentle experiences that are less likely to induce any ill effects.

    People that do suffer from motion sickness may feel faint, have headaches, feel nauseous amongst other things.

  • What to do if I feel ill during my experience?

    Just take off your headset and raise your hand; a host will attend to you and you can either continue after a short break, or retire to a chill out area to help you feel better again. There will be sick bags on hand if you do feel the need, but that is unlikely.
